Section 4 — Indoor and Outdoor Use

Certain Neon Soccer products may be suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

However, an indication that a product may be used outdoors does not necessarily mean that it is suitable for:

• Submersion in water.
• Flooding.
• Prolonged standing water.
• Excessive moisture.
• Severe storms.
• Extreme temperatures.
• Extreme environmental conditions.
• Long-term outdoor storage.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable product specifications, customers should take reasonable precautions to avoid environmental exposure beyond the product's intended use.

Damage caused by environmental exposure outside the product's specifications is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Ordinary outdoor soccer use does not by itself void warranty coverage.

Section 5 — Playing Surfaces and Physical Damage

Customers are responsible for choosing appropriate playing surfaces and environments.

Different surfaces may result in different levels of wear, abrasion, cosmetic deterioration, or damage.

Neon Soccer does not guarantee that soccer balls will remain free from scratches, scuffs, dirt, abrasion, discoloration, surface wear, or cosmetic changes during normal play.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Neon Soccer is not responsible for damage caused by:

• Sharp objects.
• Broken pavement.
• Exposed metal.
• Glass.
• Gravel.
• Excessively rough concrete.
• Hazardous playing surfaces.
• Vehicles.
• Animals.
• Crushing.
• Abnormal impacts.
• Intentional misuse.
• Improper storage.
• Other external causes unrelated to manufacturing defects.

Normal wear resulting from ordinary soccer play is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Section 6 — Inflation and Valve Use

Where inflation is applicable, customers are responsible for using reasonable care when inflating the product.

Neon Soccer is not responsible for damage caused by:

• Incorrect insertion of an inflation needle.
• Excessive force applied to the valve.
• Use of inappropriate inflation tools.
• Overinflation.
• Improper pressure.

Damage resulting from improper inflation or valve handling may not qualify for warranty coverage.

If a shipment cannot be completed because the customer supplied incorrect, incomplete, inaccessible, or otherwise undeliverable information, Neon Soccer may not be required to provide a refund and the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Shipping claims are subject to our applicable Shipping Policy and Returns and Warranty Policy.

Section 10 — Packages Marked as Delivered

Once a carrier marks an order as delivered, Neon Soccer will generally consider its delivery obligation fulfilled.

Neon Soccer is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered but are subsequently claimed by the customer to be missing when carrier tracking confirms delivery.

Customers should check:

• Their delivery location.
• Mailboxes or parcel areas.

• Building staff.
• Household members.

• Other persons who may have accepted the delivery.

A package received by another person at the delivery address or at a customary receiving location may constitute completed delivery.

All warranty claims, returns, exchanges, replacements, reshipments, and refunds are governed by our Returns and Warranty Policy.

Neon Soccer provides a 60-day limited warranty beginning on the date the carrier marks the order as delivered, subject to the conditions contained in that policy.

The 60-day limited warranty is not:

• An unconditional trial period.

• A general right to use a product for 60 days and return it.
• A right to obtain a refund simply because the customer changed their mind.
• A guarantee that the product will satisfy every subjective expectation.

Where an unused return is authorized, the product must satisfy all applicable return conditions, including being:

• Returned with original packaging.
• Returned with all components or accessories originally supplied.

Normal deterioration resulting from ordinary soccer use is not considered a manufacturing defect.

The visibility and appearance of a product's glow or illuminated effect may vary depending on:

Differences in perceived:

are not considered manufacturing defects by themselves.

Customer dissatisfaction based solely on subjective preference, perceived value, or personal expectations does not create an automatic right to a return, replacement, or refund.

Products provided free of charge, complimentary products, bonus items, promotional extras, goodwill products, replacement accessories, and other items for which the customer did not separately pay a purchase price are not independently eligible for monetary refunds.

A complimentary item's value may not be converted into cash or used as the basis for a separate refund.

Items supplied as part of an after-sales resolution are also not independently refundable unless Neon Soccer expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
